Your First Class

PREPARE FOR THE SHAKE

  1. Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Your instructor will introduce you to the MiniPro™ and guide you through the safety basics.

  2. The Essentials: Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene. Bring a water bottle—hydration is key.

  3. The Mindset: Lagree is intense, but you are in control. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and trust the process.

Our instructors are trained to offer modifications for every movement. You are in safe hands.

  • Lagree is a full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on a spring-based machine that adds both resistance and stability to every movement. It builds strength, endurance, and core control while improving mobility and alignment—without placing stress on your joints.

    At KAI Lagree Fitness Studio, we deliver Lagree with a form-first, intentional approach. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with close instructor guidance, precise cueing, and purposeful programming that emphasizes quality over speed. Every session targets your entire body—legs, glutes, core, arms, and back—keeping muscles under constant tension for maximum results.

    Whether you’re new to Lagree, returning to fitness, or cross-training alongside other workouts, KAI meets you where you are and helps you progress—safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

  • Yes—with medical clearance from your doctor. Once cleared, our instructors will modify the class appropriately to support you safely.

  • Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first booked class.

    This must occur within 30 days of purchase. If no class is booked, the membership will automatically activate after 30 days.

  • Yes, we proudly offer 10% off all services for veterans.

    A valid form of veteran ID is required and kept on file. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Please email us for details.

  • We have a water fountain, so please bring your water bottle!

  • We do not offer showers or sweat towels. Please bring your own towel if needed.

  • Classes are typically offered Monday–Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    Schedules are subject to change. During our launch period, fewer classes may be available, with additional time slots added as the studio grows.
