Studio Policies
Cancellation Policy
We kindly enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the following:
Late cancellation fee: $13 per person
Class Pack Users
Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit from your pack
No-shows (without cancelling your spot) will automatically forfeit the class credit

Please manage all cancellations through your account via our website. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email, phone, or social media.
Why We Have This Policy
Our classes are intentionally small to preserve the quality of the KAI experience. This policy helps ensure fairness to members on the waitlist and supports the sustainability of our studio and instructors.

No Shows
Failing to attend class without cancelling will result in:
Loss of the class credit
No-show fee: $20
No-show fees are processed within 24 hours of the missed class.
We truly appreciate your effort to cancel if you’re unable to attend. It allows us to respect the time and commitment of our instructors, who often adjust their schedules to be here for you.
Communication
We are a small team and appreciate your patience.
Please allow 2–3 business days for email responses
We do not respond to emails over the weekend unless urgent
All membership and account-related questions must be handled via email
We do not manage account inquiries through social media
Arriving Late
Please arrive on time for class. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
We understand that life happens; however, late arrivals can disrupt both the class flow and the experience of others. Thank you for being mindful.
If you’re new to KAI, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get properly set up.
Respecting these policies helps us preserve the integrity of the KAI Lagree experience.

Our classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with close instructor guidance, precise cueing, and purposeful programming that emphasizes quality over speed. Every session targets your entire body—legs, glutes, core, arms, and back—keeping muscles under constant tension for maximum results.

Yes—with medical clearance from your doctor. Once cleared, our instructors will modify the class appropriately to support you safely.

To cancel, select the class and click Cancel Reservation

To cancel your membership:
Log into your account via our website
Go to the Purchases tab
Select the membership you wish to cancel
Choose Cancel from the drop-down menu
If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you’ll need to sign up again at current rates. This applies to Founder Memberships—once canceled, founder pricing is no longer available.

Yes. Members may request a freeze for 30–60 days per request, up to a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. Non-medical freezes are $25 per month and require at least 7 days’ advance notice; requests cannot be applied retroactively. Medical freezes are complimentary, require valid documentation, and do not require a return to active billing between freezes.
Billing will pause during an approved freeze and automatically resume at the end.
All class packs (except the Intro Offer) expire in 90 days and cannot be frozen.

Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first booked class.
This must occur within 30 days of purchase. If no class is booked, the membership will automatically activate after 30 days.

Yes, we proudly offer 10% off all services for veterans.
A valid form of veteran ID is required and kept on file. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Please email us for details.

We understand that life happens. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. Sessions and classes will not be extended due to late arrivals.

We have a water fountain, so please bring your water bottle!

We do not offer showers or sweat towels. Please bring your own towel if needed.

We anticipate offering classes Monday through Sunday, generally between 6:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.
Class schedules are subject to change, and during our launch period, availability may be limited as we gradually add more time slots while the studio grows.
